I am a Chicago naitive and somewhat of a cubs fan. I say the the Cubs are a good team but on good enough to go all the way. Maybe next year! But hopefully this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think the Cubs can beat Arizona, but I don’t think they can defeat the Phillies in the NLCS if the Phillies get by the Padres.
Round 1 looks like Arizona vs. Chicago and Phillies vs. San Diego.

Every NL team is extreemly weak at either hitting or pitching, except Philly! Their pitching is average (at best) but their offense is as good as any other!

Yes they could. There isn’t one dominant team in the National League and the cubs have 4 good starters and two other starters who could take over whenever needed. As for their chances to win the Series…………………………….
All you need to do is get into the playoffs. The Cards showed that last season.
well, how many wins do they got 83? 84? If they were in AL theyd be in line with the Blue Jays or the Mariners.
But thats not to say I don’t like them. I’d like to see Cubs vs. Red Sox in World Series.
